Over the last few weeks Human Resources Technologies (HRTec) has advertised the development of our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) assessment capable of establishing a “baseline” of your current workplace DEIA climate and the opportunity to tie results to actionable metrics.

Additionally, we offer analytical services that provide the ability to identify subgroup differences, uncover trends to determine if the climate has improved from your previous assessment, and present strategies based on researched best practices.
