FEVS FOLLOW-UP: Provides in-depth analysis based on improvement areas identified in your organization’s FEVS results to understand the reasons behind employees’ responses or the concerns of sections & directorates, which is not provided by the FEVS.
FEDERAL ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE SURVEY (FEOCS): Contains 60 items measuring 13 climate factors: 6 related to Equal Employment Opportunity and 7 to Organizational Effectiveness. Each factor is measured on a five-point response scale and reports are generated within 72 hours.
CUSTOMIZABLE: Customers can add Locally Developed Questions and Short Answer Questions to your FEOCS and FEVS Follow-up surveys to contextualize your agency’s biggest pain points.
SERVICES: We offer analytical services to identify subgroup differences, provide a deeper level of understanding of survey results, uncover trends to determine if the climate has improved since your last assessment, and recommend strategies based on benchmarking research best practices. We offer an Executive Summary Report, Organization & Subgroup/Directorate Survey Reports, Written Comment Analysis, Leadership Outbrief, and Action Planning.
