Federal Organizational Climate Survey (FEOCS)

For more than a decade, we have been assessing Federal agencies with an affordable and confidential survey centered on Equal Opportunity (EO) and Organizational Effectiveness (OE). This flexible survey can be administered at the organizational level or customized to assess individual subgroups. Furthermore, the FEOCS provides the flexibility for organizations to include locally developed or open-ended short answer questions. This enables them to address additional subject areas that are relevant and have a direct impact on their specific organization.
