About the Founder:

Jessie Bolton, mother of two daughters and a passionate leader for the next generation of cybersecurity professionals, is at the helm of Bolt Resources. Currently serving her third year on the board as Vice President of the North Texas ISSA, Jessie leads a Cyber Talent Retention project with the National Institute of Cybersecurity Education (NICE) and builds collaborative partnerships with higher education institutions to enhance their cybersecurity and AI certification programs. Her mission is to transform agency recruiting by empowering cybersecurity professionals and the organizations that hire them. “In the age of AI, attracting and retaining skilled cyber talent requires us to humanize both humans and processes,” says Jessie.
