Working Genius Team Workshop helps individuals and teams understand the types of work that energize them, frustrate them, and affect the way they contribute to team productivity.
Unlike assessments that focus only on personality, Working Genius connects motivation and productivity to the work itself. The model helps people understand the natural gifts and frustrations they bring to ideation, evaluation, activation, support, and follow-through. When teams understand these patterns, they can improve meetings, assign work more thoughtfully, reduce friction, and strengthen morale.
This assessment-based team workshop helps participants identify their Working Geniuses, Working Competencies, and Working Frustrations. Teams then examine how their collective pattern affects productivity, collaboration, project work, decision-making, meetings, and execution.
