Talent Authority uses the EQ-i 2.0 model as a preferred emotional intelligence assessment framework. Participants receive an individual EQ assessment and debrief focused on five composite areas of emotional intelligence and related behaviors that influence how they lead, communicate, respond under pressure, and work with others.
