This program helps participants build a leadership mindset, increase self-awareness, and better understand how their behavior, communication style, and decisions influence the people around them.
Participants complete a complimentary personality assessment and use those insights to reflect on their leadership tendencies, strengths, and development opportunities. They then create a personal leadership journey across key areas that support success within their organization.
