Team Effectiveness Assessment and Facilitation helps mid-level and senior leadership teams understand how individual personalities, values, team roles, and potential derailers influence team performance.

This assessment-based experience helps teams better understand how they work together and where they may need to adjust to improve performance.

Participants complete an individual assessment and receive a one-on-one feedback session before the group experience. The facilitated team session then explores team roles, shared values, team culture, and potential derailers that may emerge under pressure or when the team becomes less self-monitoring.

The experience helps teams identify informal roles such as results, pragmatism, innovation, process, and relationships. It also helps uncover shared motives, values, strengths, gaps, and barriers that may affect collaboration, trust, decision-making, and execution.
