California employers are strongly encouraged to provide harassment prevention training to all employees—not just supervisors. Every team member plays a role in maintaining a respectful, safe workplace and in recognizing behaviors that may violate company policy or California law.

This 1-hour course builds employee awareness of harassment, abusive conduct, and illegal discrimination. Participants learn how to identify inappropriate behaviors, understand their rights and responsibilities, and take appropriate action when concerns arise. The program also provides practical guidance on how to report misconduct, support peers, and respond as a bystander when witnessing problematic behavior.

Using real-world examples and clear, easy-to-follow scenarios, employees gain the knowledge needed to contribute to a professional, inclusive work environment.

This course meets the California SB1343 requirement of a minimum 1-hour training every two years.
