Talent Academy for Leaders helps organizations address one of the most common sources of workplace friction: leaders who struggle to communicate clearly, give timely feedback, and hold people accountable consistently.

The program is highly practical and built around the real situations leaders face every day: underperformance, poor communication, missed deadlines, resistance, defensiveness, conflict between employees, and frustration from high performers who feel standards are not being applied consistently.

Organizations can customize the program and deliver it in-person or virtually for internal leadership groups. Companies may also enroll individual leaders in open-enrollment virtual cohorts held several times throughout the year.
