When leaders understand their emotional intelligence, they are better prepared to manage pressure, reduce emotional hijacking, build trust, strengthen relationships, and create conditions that support higher performance.
This leadership development course helps participants examine how emotional intelligence affects individual performance, team priorities, stakeholder relationships, and organizational results. Participants explore the role of self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, relationship management, and behavioral impact in daily leadership situations.
The course can be delivered with a simple in-class emotional intelligence survey, the EQ-i 2.0 individual assessment, or the EQ-i 2.0 360 degree feedback process. This allows the experience to be scaled for different audiences, budgets, timeframes, and development goals.
