-Compliance with Florida Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements
-Appropriateness of job title
-Accurate description of job duties and essential functions
-Strategic statement of requirements of education, experience and knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs)
