YOL is a corporate learning and wellbeing company. Our programs combine wellbeing training, shared service engagement, and highly impactful leadership development.

Our mission is to elevate compassion, connection, and collaboration through holistic wellbeing and human-centered leadership. Our vision is to foster a more conscious, connected, and generous world through a shared sense of purpose.

Drawing on evidence-based science, our programs are offered online, offline, on-site and off-site, and designed to elevate compassion, performance, and productivity. Companies work with YOL to successfully address burnout and stress; accelerate the development of high-potential talent; align diverse and distributed teams for success; and prepare the next generation of women in leadership, among other use cases. We've been fortunate to work with world-class organizations including Amazon, BofA, Google, Intel, and Sephora.

In addition, YOL works hand in hand with local community-based organizations on issues of poverty, health, and environmental preservation. We cultivate long-term partnerships and skill transfers between our participants, our service partners, and members of the community.
