This 2-part international certification program educates and trains employees, leaders and organizations on how to prevent, manage and respond to harassment, bullying and violence at work. The training meets and exceeds international legal standards, identifies best practices and incorporates psychological principles for implementing change.
Offered in an adult-learning and interactive online format. Certification is provided at the successful completion of each course.
