Your Friday Self-Leadership Reflection - Week 27, 2026 - QUESTIONS TO SHARE WITH OTHERS

From The Legacy of You: Human-Centric Mindset & Leadership Coaching & Facilitation

July 31, 2026

Press Release

It’s Independence Day weekend here in the USA.

The holidays often bring us close to friends, family, and community.

A rare pause.

A chance to slow down.

A moment to actually reflect together.

So this week... I want to hand you three questions to bring to the people around you.

And these three questions are safe enough to ask anyone... no matter where they are in their own self-leadership journey.

Same structure as our normal Friday reflections.

But this time… in addition to answering them yourself... ask them of someone else.

And listen.

Really listen.

And appreciate them out loud when they answer too...

Here are your Week 27, 2026

Friday Self-Leadership Reflections:

1. Present-Tense Legacy
What's something you're building right now... that you're quietly proud of?

Maybe it's an environment you're creating. Something you're advocating for. A relationship you're deepening. Or something you're building inside yourself.

2. Legacy Through Hard-Won Learning
If you could pass on one thing you've learned... something you had to earn through a challenge in your life... to someone younger, what would it be?

Maybe it's a piece of wisdom you wish you'd had earlier. A truth you had to live through to understand. Or something you find yourself quietly saying without the use of words... to the people you love and care about.

3. Legacy in the Making
What's something in the year ahead you're excited to grow into?

Who do you want to become? What do you want to do more of? And what legacy are you paving the path to leave behind?

The gift of these questions isn't in the asking.

It's in the  listening.

In the  appreciation.

In the  non-judgment.

You may hear something about someone you love that you've never heard before.

You may hear something about yourself when it's your turn to answer.

Either way...  something quietly gets revealed.

And when you're done asking your community table the questions...

What was your experience?

What did you learn?

What surprised you?

And what did it feel like... to be the facilitator of a dialogue?

Because by the way... that's my favorite thing to do with   large groups.
