Leadership Development for Women in the AI Era of Law

Lady Justice Initiative hosts Lex 2X Exec | the only global leadership network for women built for the AI era of law. The network provides tailored support women in law to build leadership capabilities, AI knowledge and skills, and global networks essential for leading in the AI era.

The network is membership based and supported two communities:
1) C-Suite Circle for supports women and enterprise solutions. The C-Suite Circle is our private curated community for senior leaders of organizations.
2) Themis Circle is for late early career (6 years) and mid-level professionals.

Network members can access:

•World-class executive coaching with our global corps of leading credentialed executive and industry expert coaches vetted and curated specifically to support women executives leading in the age of AI

•Executive peer advisory group coaching circles. Curated small peer groups who work toward shared goals with the facilitation of an executive coach. We offer thematically focused circles on topics such as leading AI transformation in legal organizations and entrepreneurship, which enable strategic collaboration with executive legal peers who understand the legal context. Enterprise packages include custom themes.

•Mentoring with legal industry experts. Mentoring includes personalized 1 to 1 mentoring and small group peer mentoring circles facilitated by our global executive coaching corps. Mentoring support women in navigating new AI era roles and responsibilities and exploring new career pathways.

•AI Leadership Lab. The lab equips women with leadership skills for the AI era, strategies for augmenting their work with AI, practical skills to build AI fluency, and executive education on substantive topics.

•Communities of practice for collaboration on timely topics such as preparing for the future of work.

Individual and enterprise membership packages.

Lex 2X Exec also offers customized Executive Peer Advisory Group Coaching Circles as a stand-alone offering to enterprise clients.
