Elise Cusimano, MA, NBC-HWC, RYT is a board-certified coach, yoga therapist, educator and life-long wellness facilitator running a Connecticut-based workplace wellness program built on health equity and down-to-earth delivery.

Rather than a one-size-fits-all package, this program offers a menu of supports to choose from.

Businesses pick from a menu of supports: webinars on stress, sleep, movement and nutrition, individual health coaching, guided practices and we build a full custom month around what’s wanted.

What I think sets this apart:
It's personal and designed from years of conversations in the corporate world.
It's not disease-focused or weight-focused.
It leans into mind-body practice along with the HOW of making changes, which results in the most meaningful shifts in absenteeism and presenteeism
Employees also get access to a content library they can use off the clock, on their own terms.

At the end of the day, I believe a responsible workplace wellness program helps to restore focus, productivity and vitality at work. The health of a business is only as good as the health of those who serve it.
