Engage EX's Lifecycle module makes it possible to track and optimize the employee experience at all stages of the employee lifecycle. HR systems can be configured to automatically trigger user-defined lifecycle pulse surveys across the employee journey, from recruitment and onboarding to development and exits. The effectiveness of procedures, programs, and policies can be tracked, and data-driven action can be taken on real-time employee feedback, with rule-based escalation triggers to highlight issues when they matter most.
