Engage EX Assess/360 Platform
Mindset's Engage EX platform supports an intuitive 360 multi-rater workflow with automated rater nominations, manager review/sign-offs and custom, rule-based feedback and coaching reports that reflect the organizational culture and HR practices. Organizational structures can be used to auto-populate 360 multi-rater lists and to administer and track the completion of 360 assessments, with unlimited raters per assessment. Assessments can be managed according to the organizational structure, or Virtual Structures can be used to group assessees into arbitrary teams, focus groups or business unit hierarchies. Role-based login access allows colleagues and consultants to view attractive, fully personalized assessment reports with data-driven content for any individual or cohort, or to export reports to PDF.
