Inclusion@Way-of-Work is Mindset’s scientifically designed diversity and inclusion survey model, developed to help organizations understand both the level of inclusion employees experience and the factors influencing it.

The model distinguishes between Indicators of Inclusion and Drivers of Inclusion, helping organizations understand not only whether employees feel included, but also the organizational, leadership and team factors that may be shaping that experience.

The survey measures areas such as mutual support, organizational belonging, workplace fairness, confidence in redress and equitable treatment.

Results can be analyzed across business units, teams and demographic groups, helping organizations identify where experiences differ and where further attention may be needed.

Inclusion@Way-of-Work can be used as a starting point and adapted to reflect an organization’s own diversity and inclusion priorities, while Engage EX analytics and Virtual Structures allow results to be explored from multiple organizational perspectives.
