Mindset Manage helps organizations improve engagement sustainably over time through Engage EX, an employee engagement platform that turns employee feedback into actionable insights for leaders at all levels. From engagement, inclusion, wellbeing and lifecycle pulse surveys to 360 leadership feedback, Engage EX supports organizations with real-time analytics, Personal Engagement Reports, interactive heatmaps and data-driven reporting.

Engagement strategies and action plans can be based on data-driven insights and best-practice recommendations derived from the statistically validated Flow@Work engagement survey. Leaders are supported through developmental 360 leadership feedback and relevant insights to help entrench engaged leadership habits in the flow of work, while employees receive individualized Personal Engagement Reports to help them understand and improve their own engagement.

Engage EX also supports custom branded surveys, role-based access to analytics and reporting, and analysis across organizational, business-unit, team and demographic levels.
