Wellbeing@Work Survey Model

Wellbeing@Work is Mindset’s employee wellbeing survey model, designed to help organizations understand the factors influencing employee wellbeing across the organization.

The model examines wellbeing from four perspectives — organizational, leadership, team and employee — helping organizations understand where the work environment may be supporting employees and where additional attention may be required.

Areas measured include adaptive workplace practices, digital enablement, empathic leadership, enabling work practices, peer support, inclusion, personal wellness and agile work design.

Results can be analyzed across business units, teams and demographic groups, allowing organizations to identify differences in employee experience and track how wellbeing changes over time.

Wellbeing@Work can be used as a starting point and adapted to reflect an organization’s own priorities, while Engage EX analytics provide a real-time view of the results.
