The Engage Leader 360 assessment model leverages Mindset's Flow@Work engagement model and provides leaders with developmental feedback to help them drive and sustain engagement amongst their business units or teams. The assessment evaluates leadership behavior across 11 leadership dimensions and highlights strengths and developmental opportunities. It also provides leaders with a deeper insight into how leadership behavior can be changed with respect to 3 focus areas: Presence – does the leader visibly display this behavior; Application – does the leader apply this behavior; and Impact – does the behavior lead to tangible impact.
