Personal Engagement Report

Employees who participate in the Flow@Work engagement survey will be provided with their own individualized Personal Engagement Reports. The reports are based on their survey responses and will provide them with guidelines of what they can do about their own levels of engagement. The Personal Engagement Reports help to decentralize employee engagement by making it a talking point amongst employees at all levels of the organization, with the result that engagement becomes, in effect, part of their daily dialogue, driving lasting change.
