InStaff is an employee portal that gives your staff self-service access to paystubs, time tracking, time-off requests, and company documents, so HR and payroll teams stop fielding the same questions by email.

It works alongside the payroll system you already run. InStaff delivers your existing PDF paystubs as-is, sorted and split automatically, and supports Sage 300, Sage 300 CRE, Sage 50, Sage 100, QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online, Viewpoint Vista, Viewpoint Spectrum, Deltek Costpoint, Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and Microsoft Dynamics NAV, among others. If your payroll system is not on that list, it is usually still a fit, because anything that produces a PDF paystub will work.

Pricing is modular. You pay a flat portal fee based on company size, then turn on only the modules you need: time tracking with mobile clock-in and geofencing, time-off requests with approval workflows, documents with e-signatures, announcements and surveys, certification tracking with expiry alerts, an employee directory and org chart, expenses, and an employee records hub. Add more as you grow.

InStaff is SOC 2 Type II certified, with role-based access, multi-factor authentication at no extra cost, and annual third-party penetration testing. The portal is browser-based and mobile friendly, so there is no app for employees to install, and every portal includes French and Spanish translations.

Behind the product sit 40+ years of ERP implementation and integration experience and 10+ years building InStaff. More than 400,000 employees have been onboarded. Most teams are live and paperless within a few weeks, with data migration handled during onboarding, and there is a 14-day free trial.
