Portland, Oregon – September 25, 2015 – Trupp HR, Inc. is pleased to announce the launch of its new training workshop series, Management 1.0, designed to equip managers and supervisors to effectively engage and inspire employees, attract and retain top talent, communicate and measure performance objectives, and comply with relevant employment laws.
“With nearly half of employees expressing dissatisfaction in their direct supervisors and an all time low in qualified applicants in the labor market, developing effective supervisors is more critical than ever,” explained Jean Roque, President and Founder of Trupp HR. “Businesses cannot afford to risk losing employees due to poorly equipped managers. Our Management 1.0 series was developed out of a passion to help businesses succeed by giving leaders the tools to inspire an engaged workforce.”
These dynamic workshops, delivered by Jean Roque, president and founder of Trupp HR, and Christine Thelen, Manager of HR Services at Trupp HR, will provide in-depth and up-to-date content, along with time-saving tools, real world examples, open discussion, and hands on practical exercises, all designed to ensure attendees are equipped to be effective managers in their work environment.
“We’re excited to introduce an all day workshop format that allows ample time for interactive activities and a more personalized approach to our supervisor training,” said Christine Thelen, Manager of HR Services at Trupp HR. “We want each attendee to walk away confident in their ability to apply what they’ve learned with the employees they manage. It is important to us that the organizations represented by our attendees see measurable results from our training.”
