Attendees can expect detailed and up-to-date content, useful tools to apply in the workplace, and real world examples. Our workshops are a combination of educational content, group discussions, and practical exercises; ultimately constructed to ensure attendees leave with a more effective strategic approach to management.
“We are thrilled to be introducing our second management series and truly believe these workshops will help managers progress to the the next level of management expertise,” said Zach Swanson, HR Business Partner and Workshop Presenter for Trupp HR. “Though this series is offered as a follow up to Management 1.0, we’ve built these versatile workshops to be independent of one another, providing individual takeaways. We want attendees to gain practical skills and tools that they can take away from each workshop. This series will focus on developing, engaging, shaping, and producing an adaptable team.”
Management 2.0 will be held in Portland, OR in the scenic Mt Hood Room at the World Forestry Center in Washington Park. Each of the four workshops is a stand-alone seminar that will focus on a unique aspect of management:
