Founded in 1998 by Kimberly Douglas, President, FireFly has consulted in a broad cross-section of organizations, including Coca-Cola, AT&T, Home Depot, and UPS. Kimberly holds SHRM-SCP and Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF), and SPHR certifications. In addition, she served as the 2017-2018 SHRM-Atlanta Chair of the Board and the 2003 Chapter President.
