DEGARMO OFFERS FREE WORK-FROM-HOME ASSESSMENT
These are challenging times for organizations and employees. DeGarmo would like to help.
BLOOMINGTON, IL— April 2020 – As of March, many organizations and state governments have installed Shelter in Place directives causing employees to work from home—some for the first time. Employers are concerned about maintaining employee productivity and satisfaction, while employees are worried about burnout and job security.
In response to these directives, DeGarmo has developed a Work-From-Home Assessment to help coach and develop the existing talent that has been impacted by this crisis, and to identify and select new talent for those organizations still hiring. We are making this service available to interested organizations for free, through June 2020. This free service will include access to all standard features and functionality of DeGarmo’s Fit Index® assessment platform.
“Our hope is that through this free service, organizations will be better equipped to coach and develop existing impacted talent to maximize their likelihood for remote-work success, and if needed, prioritize job candidates for remote work opportunities who have the underlying behavioral traits to be successful.” according to Anthony Adorno, Director of Consulting Services at DeGarmo.
As part of this initiative, organizations will receive access to three DeGarmo modules for the Work-From-Home assessment. These modules include Selection for those organizations that are hiring new remote workers, Coaching that will provide leaders with individualized talking points for their direct reports, and Development which provides insights for employees on key behaviors to prioritize to be as effective as possible in a remote work environment.
