September 2020 – Fairfax County, Va.-based Training Solutions, Inc. (TSI) is celebrating its 25 th anniversary this month and is co-owned by Michael and Sharon Ferraro who are based in Chantilly, VA.

This year has certainly been a unique challenge for us; however, more than ever, today’s workforce needs to be developed and supported. Even greater emphasis needs to be placed on learning opportunities for employees to be productive and motivated. Our business remains focused on helping our clients improve their workforce,” s ays C. Michael Ferraro, President/CEO of Training Solutions, Inc. 

Training Solutions, Inc. provides classroom, virtual, elearning and online sessions for a wide selection of performance/development training programs, online job matching and 360 feedback programs, and executive coaching for large and small organizations across the U.S. and internationally. Training Solutions, Inc. is a multi-year Diamond Award winner for international publisher John Wiley & Sons, Inc. Michael is currently a board member of the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Executive Circle of the Northern Virginia Technology Council. In 2012-2013, he also was the Chairman of the Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce. Sharon has been a member of the CARE Awards advisory council of Northern Virginia Family Service for many years, sits on a variety of Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce committees and was the Chairman of Main Street Child Development Center for 10 years. Both Michael and Sharon are graduates of Leadership Fairfax and previously were board members and committee members of the organization.

Sharon and Michael also helped their daughter (Nikki) start a foundation called Bite Me Cancer in 2010 after Nikki diagnosed with cancer at age 17 while attending Chantilly High School. Nikki still leads the foundation, and Sharon and Michael sit on the board of directors.
