Burt Lohoff-Gaida is a business advisor and executive coach. His passion is to help individuals grow both personally and professionally while helping them reach their goals.
Burt brings over twenty years of corporate experience, three years of non-profit work and eight years of entrepreneurship to the table when he helps companies identify and address problems that are having a negative impact on their bottom line. He comes up with solutions to these problems and is a trusted advisor who helps implement the necessary changes.
Burt has worked in senior HR roles with four multinational companies. He has lived in Europe for twenty years and in 2011 started his own coaching and business consulting company: iLuminate.
