Our goal is for your team to experience a ‘breakthrough moment’ as they realize they’re not the only ones dealing with imposter syndrome. Once everyone breathes a collective sigh of relief, we can then begin to assess our stress levels and risk of burnout together. You team will gain language and framework to discuss burnout and learn strategies to address it.
