If someone on your team spends Monday on I-9 call after I-9 call, chasing no-shows, hand that job to us. Your new hire books a secure video call in the app, and our US-based compliance team reviews the documents and completes Section 2 for you.
How it works: the new hire picks a time from a phone or laptop, with nothing to download, and the process is built to finish inside the three-business-day deadline. Our in-house team (not a notary network, not a friend or family member) examines the documents live as your authorized representative, completes Section 2, keeps the document images, and runs the E-Verify case. DHS requires E-Verify for remote document review, and we can enroll you and run it as your E-Verify agent at no extra cost. You watch status on your dashboard, and every step is in the audit trail.
Use it for every hire or only the ones you can't reach: fully remote staff, new sites, weekend starts, the location without an HR person, anywhere in the U.S. When a work permit expires, the same team can complete Supplement B reverification by video.
