Remote Section 2 Verification
Our own US-based compliance team completes Section 2 for your new hires by live video, anywhere in the U.S. The new hire books a time in the app, and we examine the documents as your authorized representative, so nobody on your team spends Monday on back-to-back I-9 calls.
The people on those calls are our employees, trained in I-9 and E-Verify. They aren't a notary network, and they aren't a friend of the new hire, which is a setup some legal teams have already ruled out. The new hire joins from a phone or laptop with nothing to download, and the process is built to finish inside the three-business-day deadline. We keep clear copies of the documents, record every step in the audit trail, and show status on your dashboard.
DHS allows remote document review only for employers enrolled in E-Verify, so we can enroll you and run each case as your E-Verify agent at no extra cost.
