I-9 API & Developer Tools
Your system can start the I-9 the moment a background check clears or an offer is accepted. Our REST API, documented in OpenAPI with OAuth 2.0 security, creates the new-hire record, tracks Section 1, Section 2, and E-Verify status, and returns the completed I-9, with a sandbox to build against.
Update start dates, terminate records, or remove no-shows from your side, embed Section 1 with an iFrame, and move batch data over SFTP. Production integrations already run with Workday and SAP SuccessFactors.
We update the rules engine on our side whenever USCIS changes the form or the rules, so your developers don't carry that technical debt. API access, the sandbox, single sign-on, and SFTP are part of our Enterprise Package, and the platform is SOC 2 audited.
