I-9 Compliance Training
Many I-9 errors start with the manager who signs Section 2 at a site you rarely visit. Our compliance team trains the people who actually review documents, using the error patterns in your own records, so the same mistakes don't keep coming back.
Every new account includes onboarding training for administrators and site managers. After an audit, we run focused sessions on what your records show, like receipts, List A versus Lists B and C, expiration dates, and Supplement B. Additional custom training is available when you add sites or new managers.
A hospital manager wrote in her SHRM review that after walking her through an error, our team suggested and set up training for her staff. Training comes from the same people who answer your support calls. For sites where training hasn't stuck, our team can complete Section 2 for them by remote verification instead.
