True Colors® Connected Leadership Program
What if leadership development happened in the middle of the real work instead of being left behind when the training ended?
Connected Leadership is a virtual cohort program designed to help leaders strengthen specific competencies through application, reflection, and shared learning.
Each week, participants focus on a leadership competency and apply a method or approach in their own work. They then return to the cohort to discuss what happened, explore different perspectives, learn from one another’s experiences, and continue refining their approach.
The cohort format creates meaningful conversations around real leadership situations while helping participants strengthen skills in areas such as communication, feedback, accountability, trust, motivation, conflict, decision-making, and employee development.
Because the program is grounded in the True Colors System, leaders share a common framework for understanding behavior, communication, and the different needs of the people they lead.
Connected Leadership gives organizations a way to develop leaders over time while creating greater consistency in how leadership is experienced across teams.
