Distinctive HR, Inc. is a Human Resource Certification Prep provider for HRCI and SHRM certifications. The company was established in 1996 by David Siler, who brings over 25 years of Human Resource experience to the table.


DHR's program provides students with a multi-faceted learning system that includes textbooks, flashcards, audio and video files, games, quizzes and more. For the advanced programs such as the PHR/SPHR, GPHR, and SHRM-CP/SCP, David wrote the Seven Princes in 2015 that explains the seven principles of Human Resources in an easy to read, condensed booklet. This booklet alone has helped multiple students pass the HR exams, but the booklet can only be purchased with a Self-Study or Live Class/Webinar programs.


DHR has a 90% pass rate with the live classes and has had significant success with the self-study programs.
