WellSpark, a national wellbeing provider, couples health coaching with the virtual modalities desired by today’s workforce. WellSpark’s progressive cost model is based on utilization of services through a per session model along with a low PEPM for access to digital support tools. WellSpark’s health coach educators and nurse wellness coaches are highly credentialed in areas such as cognitive behavioral coaching, Diabetes education and motivational interviewing to truly solve for the emotional barriers to whole-person health. Experience to Date: WellSpark delivers whole-person wellbeing support to thousands of employees across the U.S. From group and individual lifestyle coaching and chronic disease self-management support, to incentive programs, WellSpark has everything employers need to cultivate and promote a culture of wellbeing. Some of the results WellSpark programs have delivered include:
• For a private enterprise of approximately 300 eligible employees, we drove leadership engagement from 50% in the first 60 days to over 72% in under a year.
• For a state government client, we drove an engagement rate of 67% in preventive care and chronic disease management, thereby reducing the State’s health insurance premiums.
• For a union population, we were able to decrease perceived stress by an average of 6 points after program completion
• For another large municipal client, we achieved an engagement rate of more than 60% in health coaching programs while more than 50,000 City employees completed a preventative visit and/or a health assessment in the program’s first five months.
