Org Empathy Consulting, LLC is a small, women-owned business based in San Jose California specializing in Manager, Team, and Organizational Development Training and Consultation. Offerings of Org Empathy Consulting include tailored workshops/training sessions, manager/leader skill development series, team culture building series, organizational assessment & development, survey design/implementation, and speaking/facilitation. We build out remote, in person, and hybrid programs, and are open to travel depending on client needs.

Founder and Principal Consultant, Nicole Ennen, is a passionate & seasoned leader, consultant, & training facilitator that leverages her I/O Psychology MA and 10+ years experience (from start-ups to Google) to develop managers, leaders, teams, & organizations. A major advantage of working with Org Empathy Consulting is the high-touch, empathy first approach we take with our clients.This involves a thorough process to understand your needs and the current environment before proposing potential solutions/programs.
