Adeogun & Associates, LLC a partner of Peregrine Global Services provides high quality, exceptional on demand leadership and professional development courses to individuals and organizations worldwide. We imagined a guided experience that engages learners, develops the skills most necessary for success, and can be completed from any location at any time.
The online courses utilize best practices in course design, ensuring that learners are engaged and easily retain knowledge. Programs and courses range from 2 to 62+ learner hours and include readings, videos, audio clips, quizzes, flashcard exercises, downloads, and more. Upon completion of a professional development course, learners will also receive a relevant professional certificate and upon request a digital badge. Digital badges demonstrate that learners have earned a credential and have verified knowledge, skills, and abilities. Badges can be shared on social media, a website, or in an email signature. Courses are offered by topic area and include the description, module length, learner hours, SHRM and HRCI PDCs and access time of two years.

Adeogun & Associates, LLC is a partner of The Institute of Professional Managers (ICPM) offering (virtual or in person) preparation courses for the Certified Supervisor (CS) and Certified Manager (CM) Certifications. ICPM has a successful track record of validating and certifying managers spanning over four decades. With nearly 15,000 managers and leaders certified worldwide, the Institute of Certified Professional Managers is the largest management certifying body in the United States, doing business globally.
