About Hartman Executive Coaching, LLC

My coaching builds on three decades in journalism, sales and sales leadership, as well as professional coach training. I began this journey in 2017, first with The NeuroLeadership Institute and later with Accomplishment Coaching, after which I earned my professional certification from the International Coaching Federation.

In my sales leadership roles, I have managed teams responsible for up to $1 billion in annual revenue at global media companies ranging from The Walt Disney Company to DoubleClick to Conde Nast. My clients have included leading firms across most major B2C and B2B industries. In the technology sector, I have led teams across data (Networked Insights, sold to American Family Insurance), ad serving (Innovid, NYSE: VID) and media measurement (VideoAmp).

My academic training includes an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA with honors in Liberal Arts from the University of Texas at Austin.

In both journalism and sales I have repeatedly seen the value of asking questions to learn and collaboratively create value. My coaching is based on the power of asking questions, because compelling questions unleash insights and open the door to new possibilities.

I became a coach because throughout my professional life, I’ve had the greatest impact and derived the most joy from helping colleagues, clients, and friends identify their goals and advance their careers.
