Key Features: Pause & Ponder is a subscription based HRTech platform that delivers support to employees, takes feedback, and equips employees through strategies for addressing workplace challenges, strengthening productivity, providing workplace guidance, and career success coaching support. To the Employer, Pause and Ponder gives human capital insights, analytics and reporting to equip companies with more data for improving the culture to foster an improved workplace experience. The employer will receive monthly Data-driven understanding of Employee challenges which will give a pulse assessment of the work environment, and comprehensively measure DEI performance based on company goals and inclusion objectives Employees get the support. People leaders get insights. and learn the pulse of their company. Key Benefits: The platform has embedded AI and learns about the needs of employees and can search the web and open forums (slack, quora, etc) to deliver digital solutions in the form of articles, videos, or direct employees to internal resources that may address their challenges. Based on how the employee answers how they can be supported, Pause & Ponder will also provide a listing of registered Pause & Ponder consultants that are specialized to counsel, coach, or advise on those key issues. The data is anonymized and aggregated and fed into a visualization dashboard where HR, Leaders and key stakeholders can review reporting as well as look at comparable views of other companies to learn the general needs or challenges of like-companies or within industry.
