Fordi is a retention software tool for managers and HR professionals that identifies actionable insights powered by honest employee feedback. Key Features: Fordi is built on gathering feedback in two unique styles. Employees can both: a.) give colleagues positive recognition publicly in the form of detailed testimonials; and b.) raise a concern privately and anonymously to a manager or HR. All feedback is then collected and analyzed with the help of AI in the Enterprise dashboard to identify key themes for HR and managers to act on. Using our Slack and Microsoft Teams integrations, you can set up a communication channel to proudly display positive recognition in real time to the whole group or selectively alert managers of a concern.
