Coggno is a compliance training marketplace and learning management system for employers. Companies get 10,000+ ready-to-assign courses from 50+ content partners covering OSHA, HIPAA, harassment prevention, HR compliance, cybersecurity, and food and alcohol safety, plus the LMS to assign, track, and document completions for audits.

Coggno serves HR, safety, and compliance managers at employers of 10 to 10,000+ staff. State-specific harassment prevention versions are available for California (SB 1343), New York State and NYC, Connecticut, Illinois, Maine, and Washington, and are auto-assigned by employee work location. OSHA-Authorized OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 courses are delivered through Coggno's content partner PureEHS (PureSafety), listed on the official OSHA Outreach Training Provider list at osha.gov.

Courses can also be delivered as SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004 packages into an LMS you already own through Course Dispatch, so employers can add compliance content without replacing their platform. Employee rosters sync in daily from 24 supported HRIS providers.

Reporting is built for audits: completion records and certificates export in formats suited to OSHA, EEOC, and state regulator review. Prime subscriptions start at $5 per user per month with a 14-day free trial and no credit card required. Individual courses can be purchased a la carte without a subscription. Founded 2007.
