RideECO is a Transportation Fringe Benefit (TFB) sanctioned through IRS Tax Code 132(f) which allows employees to set aside up to $265/month to pay for their commute on public transportation or in a vanpool. The RideECO program may be able to SAVE a company money while enhancing its benefits package. This program differs from an FSA, as there is no use-it-or-lose-it clause and amounts may be adjusted on a monthly basis. Employees can opt or out in at any time of the year. RideECO offers two flexible and convenient program options - RideECO and RideECO Select. Both programs can be tailored to meet the needs of small, medium, large and multi-site companies.
