Joe Bussell joins UC Alternative, Inc.

We’re pleased to welcome Joe Bussell as UC Alternative’s new Chief Operating Officer.

Joe joins us after nearly 15 years with Walmart, where he led large-scale employment services operations and delivered significant improvements in unemployment claims, compliance, and tax efficiency. His experience aligns directly with how we support HR and finance leaders who want stronger results from their unemployment program.

At UC Alternative, Joe will oversee our Unemployment Claims Management, WOTC, and Verification services as we continue to strengthen our operations and support employers nationwide.
