The new hire completes identity verification with a live biometric selfie, fills out Section 1 of the I-9, and uploads their List A or List B and List C documents. Live video expert review. Upon submission, the new hire connects via live video to a credentialed UC Alternative I-9 Expert, who conducts the full USCIS-compliant Alternative Procedure review in real time. Secure storage and E-Verify submission.
