Our professional practice is focused on the placement of CEOs, CEO Successors, and Senior Executives onto their optimal corporate board based on background, development opportunity, and their company's strategic interests. JDP also provides governance consulting, including board evaluation systems. The foundation of our firm is traditional board recruiting, through which we recruit individual directors, as well as entire boards for corporate spinouts and IPOs.  In addition, our founder, Jim Drury, has long been involved in corporate governance education, having founded two of the country's leading annual governance forums in partnership with Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Business and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
