Our mission is to make background checks easy for recruiters. ScoutLogic provides a full suite of background checks including criminal background investigations, verification & reference checking, and drug testing to perform FCRA compliant background checks. ScoutLogic’s unique model assigns specific researchers or “Scouts” to clients. These Scouts are an extension of a client’s team versus the industry’s traditional credit bureau model. Our Scouts are led by a POD Leader. POD Leaders are experienced background check researchers whose sole purpose is to make background checks easy for our clients. These POD Leaders are essentially leaders of their own background check company supported by ScoutLogic’s Center of Excellence. This model ensures we can always stay close to our clients’ needs to deliver superior turnaround times, quality, and responsiveness.
