INTELINQ is a training consulting and coaching firm built on a foundation of Social Emotional Vitality, which is commonly referred to as Emotional Intelligence. We take a unique approach and blend theory with practical to enhance the client's learning and understanding.

Our in-person and virtually presented courses include our Social Emotional Vitality (SEV) Experience and Mastering Cognitive Biases. Both courses provide clients with an in-depth and working understanding of the material. The curriculum is built on a core of neuroscience and neuropsychology.

To follow the SEV Experience or Mastering Cognitive Biases training, we offer Team, and One-on-one coaching programs, all designed for the client to further enhance their skills.

To connect our training and coaching programs, we also offer a Workplace Vitality Program, which represents a paradigm shift in how we address workforce challenges, such as attrition, hiring metrics, company policies and work culture. We examine areas for optimization and then receive feedback from leadership, HR and the workforce. This is done to create a sense of ownership and accountability at all levels, and a positive felt work culture for everyone.
